同轴微切口白内障超声乳化术后角膜散光的效果分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨白内障患者在1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化与3.0 mm切口白内障手术下的术后角膜散光效果。方法 该研究方便选取于2015年2月—2016年2月就诊该院(吉化集团公司总医院眼科)的白内障患者60例82眼，并随机分为观察组白内障患者40眼，对照组白内障患者42眼。观察组的白内障患者行1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化摘除联合微切口人工晶体植入术，对照组的白内障患者行常规3 mm切口白内障手术。记录两组白内障患者术后1个月、术后3个月的术后裸眼视力、最佳矫正视力、角膜散光、角膜内皮计数等。结果 观察组術后3个月的裸眼视力(0.84±0.12)明显高于对照组(0.75±0.16)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组观察组白内障患者术后1个月、3个月的角膜散光(0.86±0.41)、(0.75±0.41)均明显低于对照组(1.19±0.36)、(1.02±0.32)，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组白内障患者术前、术后1个月、术后3个月的角膜内皮计数(2 651.61±265.22)、(2 296.75±282.71)、(2 325.36±267.81)与对照组(2 619.53±302.44)、(2 218.76±362.43)、(2 273.42±284.25)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采取1.8 mm同轴微切口白内障超声乳化术的白内障患者的术后裸眼视力恢复较好，且角膜散光较低，具有较好的临床效果，值得应用推广。

Analysis of Effect of Coaxial Micro-incision Cataract Phacoemulsification on Corneal Astigmatism

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the postoperative corneal astigmatism effect of 1.8mm coaxial micro-incision cataract phacoemulsification and 3.0mm incision cataract surgery. Methods Conclusion selection 60 cases of cataract patients(82 eyes) diagnosed in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， 40 eyes in the observation group and 42 eyes in the control group， and the observation group adopted the 1.8mm coaxial micro-incision cataract phacoemulsification and micro-incision intraocular lens implantation， and the control group were treated with routine 3mm incision cataract surgery， and the postoperative naked eye vision， best corrected visual acuity， corneal astigmatism and corneal endothelium count in 1 month and 3 months after operation of the two groups were recorded. Results The naked eye vision in 3 months after operation in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(0.84±0.12) vs (0.75±0.16)]， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)， and the corneal astigmatism in 1 month and 3 months after operation in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group[(0.86±0.41)，(0.75±0.41)vs (1.19±0.36)，(1.02±0.32)]， and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)， and the differences in the corneal endothelium count before operation and in 1 month and 3 months after operation between the observation group and the control group were no statistically significant difference[(2 651.61±265.22)，(2 296.75 ± 282.71)，(2 325.36± 267.81) vs (2 619.53±302.44)，(2 218.76 ± 362.43)，(2 273.42± 284.25)](P>0.05). Conclusion The recovery of postoperative naked eye vision of cataract patients using the 1.8mm coaxial micro-incision cataract phacoemulsification is better with lower corneal astigm atism and better clinical effect， which is worth application and promotion., http://www.100md.com(孙艺源 李童)
