[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺病灶中鉴别诊断中的价值。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2016年12月该院收住的160例甲状腺肿块患者为研究对象，采用二维超声和多普勒超声检查诊断与病理诊断对比评价。结果 160例肿瘤患者，其中病理诊断为良性肿瘤102例，恶性肿瘤58例，两者在内部回声，边界，边缘，声晕，纵横比，有无钙化，血流分布七方面的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。160例甲状腺肿瘤患者经CDFI检查，可知：102例良性肿瘤中，0级15例，I级68例，II级19例，未见III级血流；58例惡性肿瘤中，0级5例，I级9例，II级22例，III级27例。CDFI不能检测到血流信号可试用CDE，CDE为角度非依赖性，所以探测血流信号较CDFI敏感。结论 甲状腺良恶性肿瘤在彩色多普勒超声上有特异性表现可作为鉴别诊断的依据。
