[摘要] 目的 探讨鼠神经生长因子(mNGF)治疗恢复期早中期面神经炎患者的疗效。方法 方便选取2012年8月—2016年 8月期间在该院门诊或住院治疗的恢复期早中期面神经炎患者 118 例为研究对象。根据治疗方法分为应用鼠神经生长因子组(mNGF治疗组)及无应用鼠神经生长因子的对照组，两组的其余治疗方案相同，对比观察两组的有效率和治愈率。结果 mNGF治疗组的有效率96.5%、治愈率44.8%；对照组的有效率83.3%、治愈率26.7%。mNGF治疗组的疗效好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼠神经生长因子对恢复期早中期面神经炎的患者有疗效，值得推荐。
