GDF—15、BNP、hs—CRP的变化对冠心病发生发展的影响情况分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 探究血清生長分化因子-15(GDF-15)、脑肽钠(BNP)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化对冠心病(CHD)发生发展的影响情况。 方法 方便选取2014年5月—2016年3月于信阳市中心医院接受冠状动脉造影检查的人员93例,CHD组71例(SAP25例、UAP23例、AMI23例),冠状动脉造影正常的体检者22名为健康组。对研究对象的血清GDF-15、BNP与hs-CRP水平进行采集及测定。观察冠心病各组和健康组的GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平及其与冠状动脉病变的相关性分析。结果 冠心病各组的GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平,明显高于健康组(P<0.01);AMI组、UAP组的GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平明显高于SAP组(P<0.05);AMI组GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平明显高于UAP组(P<0.01)。冠心病各分组SAP、UAP、AMI组Gensini得分分别为(107.83±19.71)分、(57.57±10.02)分、(11.23±6.17)分,与GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平成正相关(r=0.731、0.694、0.579,P<0.01)。结论 GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP的变化对冠心病发生发展有关系,并且GDF-15、BNP、hs-CRP水平随着冠心病严重程度升高而升高。

Analysis of the Influence of the Changes of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP on the Occurrence and Development of Coronary Heart Disease

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effects of serum growth differentiation factor -15 (GDF-15), brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and high sensitivity C- reactive protein (HS - CRP) on the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods Convenient selection 93 patients received coronary angiography May 2014 to March 2016 in this hospital were selected and divided into the CHD group of 71 cases (SAP of 25 cases, UAP of 23 cases, AMI of 23 cases) and the healthy group of 22 cases with normal coronary angiography. The serum levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP were collected and measured. The levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP were observed in CHD group and healthy group and the correlation analysis of coronary artery diseases was conducted. Results The levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP in the CHD group were significantly higher than those in healthy group(P<0.01); the levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP in AMI group and UAP group were significantly higher than those in SAP group(P<0.05); the levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP in AMI group were significantly higher than those in UAP group(P<0.01). The Gensini scores of SAP, UAP and AMI group of coronary heart disease were respectively(107.83±19.71)points,(57.57±10.02)points,(11.23±6.17)points, and were positively correlated with GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP level (r=0.731, 0.694, and 0.579 respectively, P<0.01). Conclusion The changes of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP are related to the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease, and the levels of GDF-15, BNP and hs-CRP increase with the ascending of the severity of coronary heart disease., 百拇医药(袁志臻 邱波 柳林林)
