甲氨喋呤联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果分析(1)

[摘要] 目的 对甲氨喋呤联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果进行分析。方法 方便选择该院2015年3月—2017年3月异位妊娠患者96例为研究对象并随机分两组。单用组采用甲氨喋呤进行治疗，联合组给予甲氨喋呤联合中药保守治疗。比较两组患者异位妊娠治疗效果；血人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、包块消失时间、月经复潮时间；治疗前和治疗后患者血人绒毛膜促性腺激素的差异。结果 联合组患者异位妊娠治疗效果95.83%高于单用组75.00%(P<0.05)；联合组血人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间、包块消失時间、月经复潮时间[(15.35±2.24)、(5.51±1.66)、(30.51±2.65)、(25.62±7.26)d]短于单用组[(22.31±3.17)、(7.39±2.72)、(45.39±3.51)、(35.61±9.51)d](P<0.05)；治疗前两组血人绒毛膜促性腺激素比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；治疗后联合组血人绒毛膜促性腺激素降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。结论 甲氨喋呤联合中药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床效果确切，可有效改善血人绒毛膜促性腺激素水平，改善临床症状，缩短症状持续时间，效果确切，值得推广。

Clinical Analysis of Methotrexate Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Conservative Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

[Abstracts] Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effect of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 96 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were convenient selected from March 2015 to March 2017 in Pizhou Hospital. The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The single group only adopted methotrexate for treatment； the combined group was given methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine for conservative treatment. The curative effect of ectopic pregnancy in the two groups of patients were compared； the time of blood menstrual gonadotropin levels returned to normal， of the disappearance of abdominal pain， of the disappearance of mass， of menstrual rejuvenation； gonadotropin difference before and after treatment were compared and observed. Results The efficiency of the combined group with ectopic pregnancy was 95.83%， higher than that in the single group of 75.00% (P<0.05). The level of glomerular gonadotropin in the combined group returned to normal time， the time of disappearance of abdominal pain， the time of the disappearance of mass， the time of menstrual rejuvenation were[(15.35±2.24)， (5.51±1.66)，(30.51±2.65)， (25.62±7.26)d] shorter than that of single group of [(22.31±3.17)， (7.39±2.72)， (45.39±3.51)， (35.61±9.51)d](P<0.05)； There was no significant difference in the expression of human chorionic gonadotropin in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment， the decrease of human chorionic gonadotropin was greater in the combined group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of methotrexate combined with traditional Chinese medicine in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effective， which can improve the level of human chorionic gonadotropin， improve clinical symptoms， shorten the duration of symptoms， which is of accurate effect and worth promotion., 百拇医药(沈冰冰 吴德明)
