[摘要] 目的 分析股骨骨折术中应用体位干预预防压疮防治护理的重要作用。方法 方便选取该院2015年5月―2017年5月期间收治的168例股骨骨折手术患者，随机分为实验组(84例，体位干预)和对照组(84例，常规护理)，对比两组患者术前压疮风险评分、压疮发生率等。结果 实验组压疮风险评分(13.4±1.7)分、手术时间(156.2±26.3)min、术中出血量(106.3±30.5)mL和对照组差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组压疮发生率(4.8%)明显低于对照组，压疮预防有效率(83.3%)明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 股骨骨折手术患者采用体位干预可有效减少术中压疮的发生，值得推广。
