[摘要] 目的 分析下颌中位近中水平阻生智牙拔除术中应用“T”形劈冠法的临床效果。方法 方便选取该院2010年 12 月—2016年12月收治的101例下颌中位近中水平阻生智牙拔除术治疗患者，所有患者术中采用“T”形劈冠法，回顾性分析该组患者拔牙时间、术后并发症发生率等情况。结果 该组患者拔牙时间7～36 min左右，平均手术时间(15.7±2.2)min。9例患者拔牙根的过程中导致舌侧骨板折裂，复位后保留。术后暂时性下唇麻木2例，10例患者頬部明显肿胀，2例患者出现轻度干槽症，4例患者开口轻度受限，10例患者术区疼痛。结论 下颌中位近中水平阻生智牙拔除术中应用“T”形劈冠法的效果良好，具有创伤小、拔牙时间短、术后恢复快等优点，可在临床广泛推广应用。
