[摘要] 目的 探讨冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛的临床有效性与安全性。方法 方便选取2014年12月—2017年8月该院152例冠脉介入治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为实验组，择取同期152例行药物治疗的高龄冠心病心绞痛患者为对照组，随访1年，观察两组疗效。结果 实验组心绞痛治疗总有效率(96.71%)及1年生存率(98.28%)高于对照组，非致死性心肌梗死(0.86%)和心律失常(19.07%)均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 冠脉介入治疗高龄冠心病心绞痛效果显著，可有效缓解患者症状，应用安全可靠，值得推广使用。
