[摘要] 目的 探讨综合护理干预对于学龄前儿童龋齿预防和治疗中的影响。方法 方便选择 2016年6—12月在该院口腔科就诊的学龄前龋齿患儿60例为观察对象，将所有患儿根据其个人意愿划分为常规组和综合组，每组30例。常规组患儿接受常规护理，综合组患儿在其基础上采用综合护理干预，比较两组患儿的治疗配合程度，并于6个月后复诊检查两组患儿龋齿增加情况。结果 综合组患儿配合率为29(96.7%)明显高于常规组21(70.0%)，综合组患儿龋齿护理后总龋齿数和人均龋齿数均低于常规组，综合组患儿龋齿增加率为2.78%，显著低于常规组的25.71%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预对提高学龄前儿童龋齿治疗配合度及人均龋齿增加率有重要意义。
