[摘要] 目的 探讨集束化管理策略对颅脑损伤气管切开患者气道管理质量的影响。方法 方便选取2013年1月—2016年12月该院120例颅脑损伤气管切开患者为研究对象，依据气道管理方法不同分为实验组(集束化管理，60例)和对照组(常规管理，60例)。对比观察两组气道湿化效果，统计感染等并发症发生率。 结果 实验组气道湿化满意度93.33%、肺部感染15.0%、痰痂1.67%、误吸1.67%，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 集束化管理可保证气管切气道湿化效果，减少肺部感染发生，提高气道管理质量，值得临床推广使用。
