[摘要] 目的 探讨儿童临床用药风险的防范措施，为提高儿童临床用药管理水平提高参考。方法 方便选取2015年1月—2017年8月到该院进行治疗的270例患儿。2016年1月开始，该院开始实行儿童临床用药风险管理，将2015年1—12月135例患者作为对照组，将2016年1月—2017年8月135例患者作为观察组。对比两组患儿的用药问题发生情况和考核情况。结果 观察组的用药问题发生率为2.22%，对照组的用药问题发生率为14.07%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患儿用药管理考核良好率为95.56%，对照组为86.67%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施儿童临床用药风险管理，能够有效控制用药风险，降低不良事件发生率，具有较高的推广价值。
