[摘要] 目的 探讨TN托槽在正畸辅助排齐中的方法与疗效。方法 方便选取2013年1月—2016年6月福建省宁德市医院口腔正畸科的下牙列拥挤患者30例，行全口固定矫治器治疗，术中使用TN托槽粘接于下前牙舌侧，应用钛镍圆丝进行辅助排齐。每次治疗记录口内照、面照，制取治疗前后牙牙合 模型。 结果 所有患者的下前牙拥挤均顺利解除，建立了正常的牙弓形态。结论 下前牙拥挤患者经TN托槽辅助排齐治疗能获得良好的治疗效果，可用TN托槽作辅助排齐装置，临床治疗效果好，值得推广与应用。

    [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate use method and effect of TN braces in orthodontic auxiliary line.
