[摘要] 目的 探讨氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2014年4月—2016年10月该院124例高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象，依据治疗分方法为实验组(常规治疗+氨氯地平+瑞舒伐他汀钙，62例)和对照组(常规治疗+氨氯地平，62例)，对比观察两组疗效，统计不良反应。 结果 实验组IMT(0.98±0.07)mm、PV(0.05±0.03)cm3，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(tIMT=4.52，tPV=3.88，P<0.05)。结论 氨氯地平联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗高血压合并颈动脉粥样硬化效果确切，安全可靠，值得推广使用。
