[摘要] 目的 探究胃镜活体检查、外科手术病理检查用于胃癌诊断的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析2016年3月—2017年3月在金昌市第一人民医院消化科行胃镜活体检查、外科手术病理检查的132例胃癌患者临床检查结果。结果 经胃镜活体检查获得确诊的患者有124例(94.0%)，初步诊断疑似胃癌患者6例(2.3%)，未确诊者2例(1.5%)。在对其他组织类型、Borrmanm IV型及胃癌分化程度检出方面，胃镜活体检查与手术病理检查差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌诊断中胃镜下活体组织检查仍不能完全替代手术病理检查，胃癌治疗方案选择的可靠性与否仍需辅助外科手术病理检查。
