[摘要] 目的 研究剖宫产术后出血预防应用卡贝缩宫素联合米索前列醇的临床价值。方法 方便选取2015年6月—2017年6月期间该院收治的200例需行剖宫产术分娩的产妇作为研究对象，随机将产妇分为实验组和对照组，其中对照组单纯应用卡贝缩宫素预防术后出血，实验组则采用卡贝缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防术后出血，比较预防效果。结果 实验组产妇子宫收缩良好率(97.0%)明显高于对照组产妇的子宫收缩良好率(83.0%)，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组产妇出血预防总有效率(98.0%)明显高于对照组产妇出血预防总有效率(89.0%)，组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 剖宫产术后应用卡贝缩宫素联合米索前列醇预防术后出血明显提高了子宫收缩效果，起到了预防术后出血效果，值得推广。
