[摘要] 目的 探讨全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的效果，并进行分析。方法 方便选取2014年1月—2017年1月在该院接受治疗的老年股骨颈骨折患者72例作为此次研究对象，按照数字表法随机分为两组。对照组患者应用半髋关节置换术进行治疗，研究组患者应用全髋关节置换术进行治疗。使用Harris髋关节评分和Barthel巴氏指数评分标准对比两组患者治疗效果。 结果 研究组应用全髋关节置换术Harris评分94.4%显著高于对照组应用半髋关节置换术72.2%(P<0.05)。研究组应用全髋关节置换术Barthe评分97.2%显著高于对照组应用半髋关节置换术评分86.1%(P<0.05)。 结论 老年股骨颈骨折患者临床治疗应用全髋关节置换术，治疗效果显著且预后好，应当在临床治疗中广泛应用及推广。
