[摘要] 目的 探究了固定-活动联合修复牙齿重度磨耗合并牙列缺损的临床效果。方法 选择了1例2016年3月于汉中市口腔医院就诊的上颌牙齿重度磨耗合并牙列缺损的患者。采用了固定-活动联合咬合重建修复严重磨耗的牙齿及牙列缺损。结果 经过治疗，分别在1、3、6个月后复查，患者面型无异常，颌面部双侧肌力基本对称，颞下颌关节区弹响消失，无复发，口内检查咬合关系良好，恢复了面下1/3高度，咀嚼效率术前(0.51±0.33)，术后3次复诊均值0.84，明显提高了咀嚼效率。 结论 该病例中，通过治疗发现采用固定-活动联合修复牙列缺损合并重度磨耗的患者，恢复了美观，提高了生活质量，取得较好的效果。固定-活动联合修复的方法在牙齿磨耗合并牙列缺损的患者治疗中效果明显，值得推广。
