[摘要] 目的 对支架联合弹簧圈栓塞进行颅内复杂动脉瘤治疗的作用效果进行研究分析。 方法 方便选取该院自2015年8月—2017年8月收治的36例颅内复杂动脉瘤患者，将患者分为观察组和对照组两个组别，每组18例。其中，观察组采用支架联合弹簧圈栓塞治疗，对照组采用弹簧圈栓塞治疗，观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者治疗有效率为94.4%，对照组治疗有效率为83.3%(χ2=6.154，P<0.05)，且随访显示，观察组患者病症复发率为11.1%，对照组患者病症复发率为33.3%，两组对比差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.321，P<0.05)。 结论 支架联合弹簧圈栓塞进行颅内复杂动脉瘤治疗，具有较好的效果，且患者复发率较低，值得临床推广应用。
