人文关怀在改善护理质量方面的应用(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探究人文关怀在改善护理质量方面的应用价值。方法 方便选取该院自2015年10月—2016年3月间收治的90例住院患者按照入院先后顺序并结合自身医院半随机的分为观察组及对照组两组,每组各45例,其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施人文关怀,分析两组患者的护理质量评分、患者生活质量评分及护理满意度情况。结果 ①两组患者护理质量评分比较:观察组护理质量评分(98.7±0.3)分,而对照组为(90.6±0.6)分,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组患者生活质量评分比较:干预后观察组在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能、物质生活等评分均高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③在护理满意度方面:观察组患者满意度为100.00%,明显高于对照组(91.11%),两组护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施人文关怀护理可以有效的提高护理质量,改善护患关系,有助于改善患者预后。

    [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the application value of humanistic care in improving nursing quality. Methods A total of 90 cases of hospitalized patients admitted to the Fangzi District People’s Hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 were convenient selected and divided into 2 average groups--45 in the observation group and 45 in the control group according to the order of admission. The patients in the control group were treated with routine care. The observation group was treated with humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The score of the nursing quality, the score of life quality and the nursing satisfaction were analyzed. Results ①The comparison of the scores of nursing quality: the observation group was (98.7±0.3)points and the control group was (90.6±0.6)points;the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).①The comparison of the scores of life quality: the scores of physical health, mental health, social function and material life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ③The comparison of the nursing satisfaction: the satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group (100.00%) is higher than that of the control group (91.11%). And there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05) in all of the 3 aspects. Conclusion The implementation of humanistic care can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and the relationship between the nurses and patients which can also contribute to improving the prognosis of the patients.

    人文关怀护理模式是现代医学文明及现代化医院的重要标志之一,其宗旨是以人为本,以患者为中心,既消除疾病痛苦、恢复身心健康,又满足患者需求的护理服务理念[1]。在日常护理工作中,积极实施人文关怀护,贯徹以人为本的护理理念,能够有效地提高护理质量,改善护患关系。该院2015年10月—2016年3月实施人文关怀护理措施于45例患者治疗中,得到良好的临床护理效果,现报道如下。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    方便选取该院收治的90例患者作为研究对象,其中观察组45例,男性27例,女性19例,年龄在18~76岁之间,平均年龄(41.7±5.9)岁,其中外伤患者17例(包括骨折9例,软组织伤6例,其他2例),内科患者28例(包括不同部位感染9例,糖尿病7例,冠心病5例,高血压病4例,其他3例),初中以下学历者29例,初中以上学历者16例;对照组45例,其中男性29例,女性16例,年龄在18~79岁之间,平均年龄(43.1±3.7)岁,其中外伤患者19例(包括骨折11例,软组织伤7例,其他1例),内科患者26例(包括不同部位感染8例,糖尿病5例,冠心病6例,高血压病5例,其他2例),初中以下学历者27例,初中以上学历者18例。两组患者的一般临床资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。, http://www.100md.com(邢丽萍)
