[摘要] 水中分娩是一种新兴的分娩模式，能减轻分娩疼痛，缩短产程，减少不必要的人为干预及分娩损伤，且对母儿未发现增加如产褥期感染，产后出血，新生儿窒息等不良结局的发生率，对无禁忌证孕妇而言，是一种安全，有效，可行的分娩方式。
