复疮饮联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 評价复疮饮联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效与安全性。方法 2016年3月—2017年8月，方便筛选福建中医药大学附属人民医院口腔科复发性口腔溃疡患者120例，随机分组，对照组、观察组各60例。治疗组复疮饮联合康复新液，对照组康复新液治疗，6个发病周期。对比疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组退出1例、对照组2例。观察组的痊愈率16.9%、痊显率52.5%高于对照组3.4%、27.6%，无效率16.9%低于对照组41.4%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.79、7.58、8.47，P=0.016、0.006、0.004<0.05)。观察组溃疡愈合时间3(3，5)d、治疗后溃疡数目(1.8±1.2)个低于对照组4(3，6)d、(2.9±1.0)个，观察组180日间歇时间(155.6±20.6)d高于对照组(112.6±28.6)d，差异有统计学意义(Z=4.22、P=0.000，t=3.56、P=0.001，t=25.63、P=0.000，P<0.05)。未见肝肾功能不良。 结论 复疮饮联合康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效肯定。

Clinical Study on Fuchuangyin Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of fuchuangyin combined with kangfuxin Liquid in treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods 120 cases of patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the control group were treated with kangfuxin liquid， while the treatment group were treated with fuchuangyin on the basis of the control group， and there were six onset cycles， and the curative effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group and in the control group， 1 case and 2 cases respectively went out， and the cure rate and markedly effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(16.9%， 52.5% vs 3.4%，27.6%)， and the ineffective rate was lower than that in the control group(16.9% vs 41.4%)， and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.79，7.58，8.47，P=0.016，0.006，0.004<0.05)， and the ulcer healing time and ulcer number after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[3(3，5)d vs 4(3，6)d， (1.8±1.2) vs (2.9±1.0)]， and the 180d intermittent time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[(155.6±20.6)d vs (112.6±28.6)d]， and the difference was statistically significant(Z=4.22，P=0.000，t=3.56，P=0.001，t=25.63，P=0.000，P<0.05)， and the adverse liver and renal functions did not occur.
