二氧化碳激光联合艾拉光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究二氧化碳激光联合艾拉光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法 该研究方便选取福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院皮肤科收治的肛周尖锐湿疣患者120例作为研究对象，收治时间2017年3—9月，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，即对照组(给予二氧化碳激光治疗)60例，观察组(在对照组的基础上给予艾拉光动力治疗)60例；并对120例患者的复发率及治疗效果进行观察且分析。结果 两组肛周尖锐湿疣患者在复发率对比中差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.14、4.82，P=0.04、0.03)；即观察组治疗后4周复发率0.00%，治疗后8周复发率1.67%；对照组治疗后4周复发率6.67%，治疗后8周复发率11.67%。两组肛周尖锐湿疣患者在治疗效果对比中差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.11，P=0.01)；即观察组总有效率98.33%；对照组总有效率83.33%。结论 二氧化碳激光联合艾拉光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣具有较高的临床价值。

Evaluation on Curative Effect of Carbon Dioxide Laser Combined with ALA-PDT in Treatment of Anal Condyloma Acuminatum

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of carbon dioxide laser combined with ALA-PDT in treatment of anal condyloma acuminatum. Methods 120 cases of patients with anal condyloma acuminatum admitted and treated in our hospital from March to September 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each， the control group were treated with carbon dioxide laser， while the observation group were treated with ALA-PDT on the basis of the control group， and the recurrence rate and treatment effect of patients were observed and analyzed. Results The difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups was obvious(χ2=4.14， 4.82， P=0.04， 0.03)， and the recurrence rates in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 0.00%， 1.67% and 6.67%， 11.67%，The difference in treatment effect between two groups of perianal acuteness condyloma was statistically significant.(χ2=8.11， P=0.01) ； and the total treatment effective rate in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 98.33% and 83.33%. Conclusion The clinical value of carbon dioxide laser combined with ALA-PDT in treatment of anal condyloma acuminatum is high.

尖銳湿疣是临床上较为常见的性传播疾病，可伴有尖刺状、表面潮湿等临床表现，好发于皮肤黏膜部位，如肛门、外生殖器等[1]；该院为了探究二氧化碳激光联合艾拉光动力治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床效果，将2017年3—9月收治的肛周尖锐湿疣患者120例作为研究对象，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
该研究方便选取福建医科大学附属龙岩市第一医院皮肤科肛周尖锐湿疣患者120例作为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为两组，即对照组、观察组，每组60例。
观察组肛周尖锐湿疣患者平均年龄值(37.51±0.52)岁；男女性别各占例数分别为30例、30例。对照组肛周尖锐湿疣患者平均年龄值(37.56±0.53)岁；男女性别各占例数分别为35例、25例。两组之间对比的数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，存在一定研究性。纳入标准[2]：①均符合肛周尖锐湿疣的诊断标准，且同意、知情参加该次研究，经医院理论委员会批准；②伴有尖刺状、表面潮湿等症状。排除标准：①不愿参加该次研究；②尖锐湿疣未在肛门出现。, 百拇医药(郭欢欢 黄明辉 陈碧秀)
