后路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折手术室护理对策分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 將手术室护理应用在后路椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗的腰椎骨折患者中，分析和评价应用效果。方法 方便选取2015年4月—2017年9月该院纳入并开展后路椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗的70例腰椎骨折患者用作该文分析资料，按照护理方式差异性实施分组，手术室护理用于实验组(n=35)，常规护理用于参照组(n=35)，对比并分析2组患者的术后并发症总计率、护理满意总计率、手术用时、术中出血量。结果 实验组患者的术后并发症总计率(5.71%)对比参照组患者数值(25.71%)(χ2=5.285 1，P=0.021 5 <0.05)，实验组患者的护理满意总计率(97.14%)对比参照组患者数值[(80.00%)(χ2=5.080 6，P=0.024 2 <0.05)，实验组患者的手术用时、术中出血量(100.6±8.0)min、(31.4±3.0)mL]对比参照组患者数值[(111.0±9.5)min、(47.0±4.4)mL](t=4.953 9、17.330 2，P=0.000 0、0.000 0 <0.05)，实验组患者干预后的腰椎JOA评分数值(25.4±2.0 )分对比参照组患者数值(19.0±1.2 )分，(t=16.233 5，P=0.000 0 <0.05)。结论 在后路椎弓根螺钉内固定手术治疗的腰椎骨折患者中采取手术室护理呈现重要应用效果。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of nursing in the operating room of posterior pedicle screw internal fixation in treatment of fracture of lumbar vertebra. Results The difference in the total complications after surgery between the experimental group and the control group was obvious (5.71% vs 25.71%)(χ2=5.285 1，P=0.021 5 <0.05)，and the difference in the total nursing satisfactory rate between the experimental group and the control group was obvious， with statistical significance， (97.14% vs 80.00%)(χ2=5.080 6，P=0.024 2 <0.05)， and the differences in the operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount between the experimental group and the control group were obvious[(100.6±8.0)min，(31.4±3.0)mL] vs (111.0±9.5)min，(47.0±4.4)mL](t=4.953 9，17.330 2，P=0.000 0，0.000 0<0.05)， and the difference in the lumbar JOA score after intervention between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant[(25.4±2.0)points vs (19.0±1.2)points](t=16.233 5，P=0.000 0 <0.05).
