氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的可行性分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察研究氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压的可行性。 方法 随机抽取2015年8月—2016年12月110例老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压患者，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=55)与实验组(n=55)，对照组患者予以缬沙坦进行治疗，实验组患者予以氨氯地平联合缬沙坦进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后的血压、血糖水平、肾功能变化与不良反应。 结果 经治疗后，实验组患者的收缩压、舒张压与空腹血糖分别为(122.39±7.43)mmHg、(79.64±6.39)mmHg与(6.54±1.67)mmol/L，明显低于对照组患者的(131.37±6.27)mmHg、(85.06±6.51)mmHg与(7.23±1.24)mmol/L，且患者的肾功能明显提升，二者相比差异有统计学意义(t=6.850、4.406、3.460，P<0.05)；两组患者均未出现任何不良反应。 结论 氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗老年2型糖尿病肾病合并高血压具有显著效果，可有效的使患者的血压与血糖接近正常值，并有效的降低不良反应的发生率，因此具有可行性。

    Analysis of Feasibility of Amlodipine Combined with Valsartan in Treatment of Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy Combined with Hypertension

    [Abstract] Objective To observe and research the feasibility of amlodipine combined with valsartan in treatment of senile patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension. Methods110 cases of senile patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 55 cases in each， the control group were treated with valsartan， while the experimental group were treated with amlodipine combined with valsartan， and the blood pressure， blood glucose level， renal function changes and adverse reactions of patients before and after treatment were observed. Results After treatment， the systolic pressure， diastolic pressure and fasting blood glucose in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group， [(122.39±7.43)mmHg， (79.64±6.39)mmHg， (6.54±1.67)mmol/L vs (131.37±6.27)mmHg， (85.06±6.51)mmHg， (7.23±1.24)mmol/L]， and the renal function of patients was obviously improved， and the differences were obvious， with statistical significance (t=6.850， 4.406， 3.460， P<0.05) ， both groups had no any adverse reactions. Conclusion The effect of amlodipine combined with valsartan in treatment of senile patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy combined with hypertension is obvious， which can effectively make the blood pressure and blood glucose similar to the normal values， and it can also reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions， therefore， it is feasible.
