[摘要] 目的 分析研讨CT增强延时扫描技术在肝脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用效果。方法 从该院2014年6月—2017年6月期间收治的肝脏肿瘤患者中随机抽取52例纳入到讨论中，患者均接受CT增强延时扫描技术检查诊断，并将检查结果和手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果 比较病理检查100.00%与CT增强检查准确率96.15%，差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.925 6，P=0.777 3)。 结论 建议临床诊断肝脏肿瘤可采用CT增强延时扫描技术，此方式检查准确性高，且安全，将患者所受创伤性降至最低，值得应用于临床诊断鉴别肝脏肿瘤中。
