[摘要] 目的 对腹腔镜下子宫颈癌患者早期诊疗中开展前哨淋巴结(SLN)活检的意义进行探讨。方法 方便选取2014年4月—2016年4月该院诊治的55例子宫颈癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，均接受SLB活检，分析和总结活检结果。结果 该组55例患者中，SLN共检出47例(85.4%)，25例双侧检出SLN，22例单侧检出SLN；共检出SLN 113个，其中单个SLN者28例，≥2个SLN者27例，分布在闭孔窝、髂内动脉、髂外血管、子宫旁、髂总动脉等部位；发生淋巴结转移4例(7.3%)。结论 对早期子宫颈癌进行腹腔镜下SLN活检是可行的，可有效明确局部淋巴转移情况，为临床治疗提供重要依据。
