[摘要] 自上世纪末快速康复外科理念被提出并实践后，得以在我国医疗界胃肠外科中广泛应用。该理念经过多年的临床实践，验证了其可行性和安全性，其临床效果以及经济的医疗费用也得到患者的高度认可。该文就快速康复外科理念在胃肠外科的应用现状和发展前景进行综述。

    [Abstract] Since the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery was put forward and practiced at the end of the last century， it has been widely used in gastrointestinal surgery in the medical community in China. After many years of clinical practice， this concept has proved its feasibility and safety， and its clinical effects and economic medical expenses have also been highly recognized by patients. This article reviews the current status and development prospects of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in gastrointestinal surgery.
