育龄夫妻婚前检查联合孕前检查对优生优育的价值探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究探讨婚前检查与孕前检查的资源整合在促进优生优育中的应用价值。 方法 随机选取该院2015年5月—2017年12月接收的进行婚前检查与孕前检查的年轻夫妻作为研究对象，根据有无联合检验分为婚检+孕检组(1 000对)、单纯孕检组(1 000对)、单纯婚检组(1 000对)，回顾分析其临床资料，对比3组的疾病检查率等结果。 结果 婚检+孕检组、单纯孕检组、单纯婚检组的疾病检出率分别为15.9%、12.2%和10.1%，其中婚检+孕检组疾病检出率均比单纯婚检组、单纯孕检组高，差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.871，5.668，P<0.05)；指定传染病男性比例为5.66%，比女性更高(χ2=4.614，P<0.05)；而生殖系统疾病的检出率女性达到10.06%，显著高于男性(χ2=4.883，P<0.05)。结论 婚前检查联合孕前检查在提高疾病检出率方面有着积极的作用，对优生优育有着显著的应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective The research explores the application value of resource integration between premarital examination and pre-pregnancy examination in promoting prenatal and postnatal care. Methods From May 2015 to December 2017， young married couples who received premarital examination and pre-pregnancy examination were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into premarital examination+pregnancy examination group(1 000pairs) and simple pregnancy examination group according to whether there were joint examinations(1 000pairs) and simple premarital examination group(1 000pairs)， retrospective analysis of their clinical data， compared the results of the 3 groups of disease inspection rates. Results Prevalence rates of premarital examination+pregnancy examination group， simple pregnancy examination group and simple premarital examination group were 15.9%， 12.2% and 10.1%， respectively. The prevalence rate of premarital examination+pregnancy examination group was higher than that of simple premarital examination group and simple pregnancy examination group， with obvious significance (χ2=14.871， 5.668， P<0.05)； the proportion of males with designated infectious diseases was 5.66%， higher than females(χ2=4.614， P<0.05)； and the detection rate of reproductive system diseases females reached 10.06%， significantly higher than men(χ2=4.883， P<0.05). Conclusion Premarital examination combined with pre-pregnancy examination has positive effects on improving the detection rate of diseases， and has significant application value for prenatal and postnatal care.

婚前检查与孕前检查在减少出生缺陷、提高人口素质中是一项重要的措施。随着我国综合国力和医疗水平的提升，新生儿的出生质量也显著提高，但是仍有绝大部分的育龄夫妻对婚前检查与孕前检查并无引起足够的重视。通过孕前检查可以有效地避免未婚检或者婚检出差错的情况，提高疾病的检出率，降低遗传疾病与各种傳染性疾病对胎儿带来的损害[1-2]。为了进一步探讨婚前检查与孕前检查的资源整合在促进优生优育中的应用价值，该研究方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年12月接收的进行婚前检查与孕前检查的年轻夫妻作为研究对象，对婚检+孕检1000对、单纯孕检1 000对和单纯婚检1 000对的疾病检出率等进行了比较，现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(施晓红)
