[摘要] 目的 探讨将外固定架联合有限内固定用于治疗四肢创伤骨折患者的临床疗效。方法 方便选取该院在2016年9月—2017年8月期间收入治疗的四肢创伤骨折患者40例，按照治疗方案实施的不同将其分为传统组以及联合组，传统组给予切开复位内固定常规治疗，而联合组患者将接受外固定架、有限内固定结合治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 联合组患者的治疗有效率为94.44%，明显高于传统组的72.73%(χ2=6.234，P<0.05)。且联合组的骨折愈合较快，并发症较少(P<0.05)。结论 对外固定架、有限内固定结合用于四肢创伤骨折患者的治疗具有积极的意义，值得临床研究及推广。

    [Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of external fixation combined with limited internal fixation for the treatment of patients with traumatic fractures of the limbs. Methods 40 patients with traumatic fractures treated in this hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected and divided into the traditional group and the combined group according to the different treatment plan.
