[摘要] 目的 研究温针灸联合耳针治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者的应用效果。方法 研究对象为方便选择2015年12月—2017年12月在该院治疗的90例脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者，随机分为实验组、一般组，一般组脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者行温针灸治疗，实验组脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者行温针灸联合耳针治疗，对比治疗效率、肥胖指标、血脂水平。结果 实验组治疗效率比一般组高15.55%(P=0.04，χ2=4.41)，TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平优于一般组(t= 6.83、2.98、4.32、5.25，P<0.01)，两组肥胖指标体质量、肥胖度、体脂百分率、体质指数水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.01、0.02、0.02、0.04，P>0.05)。 结论 温针灸联合耳针治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症患者的应用价值显著，具有一定的推广价值。
