[摘要] 目的 探讨解除磨牙症对儿童患者牙体、牙周、颞颌关节等组织损害的有效方法。 方法 方便选取2011年5月—2016年3月来济南市口腔医院就诊的70例儿童磨牙症患者，随机采用两种全牙列颌垫治疗，其中全牙列软牙颌垫组39例， 硬颌垫组 31 例，并对两种颌垫的临床疗效进行比较。 结果 全牙列软颌垫组： 显效 31 例，有效6例，总有效率为 94.87% ；全牙列硬颌垫组：显效17 例， 有效 9 例，总有效率 83.87%，两组差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.322 3， P>0.05)。 结论 两种全牙列颌垫在解除儿童夜磨牙症状时都能取得良好的效果，全牙列软颌垫优于全牙列硬颌垫。
