通腑化瘀汤治疗妇科术后继发性盆腔疼痛的效果分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑联合通腑化瘀汤治疗妇科术后继发性盆腔疼痛的应用效果。方法 方便选择2016年1—12月该院妇科术后继发性盆腔疼痛患者90例根据治疗方法分组。对照组给予单一左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑治疗，观察组则给予左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑联合通腑化瘀汤治疗，比较效果。 结果 观察组妇科术后继发性盆腔疼痛控制有效率44例(97.78%)高于对照组31例(68.89%)(χ2=13.520 0， P<0.05)，且疼痛消失时间(13.11±1.41)d短于对照组(16.42±2.25)d，t=8.291，P<0.05)，盆腔疼痛VAS评分、诺丁汉健康量表NHP评分(2.51±0.21)分、(22.19±1.35)分优于对照组(3.72±1.53)分、(44.14±2.12)分(t=8.233、9.012，P<0.05)。药物不良反应率对照组是2例(4.44%)，观察组是3例(6.67)，差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.211 8，P>0.05)。 结论 左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑联合通腑化瘀汤治疗妇科术后继发性盆腔疼痛的应用效果确切，值得推广应用。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of levofloxacin and metronidazole combined Tongfu Huayu Decoction on secondary pelvic pain after gynecological surgery. Methods From January 2016 to December 2016， 90 patients with secondary pelvic pain after gynecological surgery were convenient selected according to treatment methods. The control group was given a single levofloxacin， metronidazole treatment， the observation group was given levofloxacin， metronidazole combined Tongfu Huayu Decoction treatment， and the results were compared. Results The rate of secondary pelvic pain control in the observation group was 44 cases(97.78%) higher than that of the control group was 31 cases(68.89)(χ2=13.520 0， P<0.05)， and the pain disappearance time was (13.11±1.41)d shorter than that of the control group (16.42±2.25)d (t=8.291， P<0.05) pelvic pain VAS score， Nottingham Health NHP score (2.51±0.21)points，(22.19±1.35)points better than the control group(3.72±1.53)points， (44.14±2.12)points (t=8.233， 9.012， P<0.05). The rate of adverse drug reactions in the observation group was not significantly different from that in the control group. The control group was 2 cases(4.44%)， the observation group was 3 cases(6.67%)， the was no statistical significant in the difference(χ2=0.211 8， P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of levofloxacin and metronidazole combined Tongfuhuayu Decoction on the treatment of secondary pelvic pain after gynecological surgery is effective. It is worthy of popularization and application.
