超声引导下经皮穿刺置管序贯治疗对老年胰腺假性囊肿的临床疗效分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 探究超聲引导下经皮穿刺置管序贯治疗与胰腺假性囊肿内引流术对老年胰腺假性囊肿的临床疗效观察。 方法 回顾性方便选取该院2013年12月—2017年12月收治的126例老年胰腺假性囊肿患者作为研究对象，根据患者治疗方案分为研究组和对照组，每组63例。对照组给予外科手术切除治疗，研究组给予超声引导下经皮穿刺置管序贯治疗，观察两组患者临床治疗疗效以及围手术期各项指标和术后并发症发生情况，并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 研究组术后总治疗有效率为96.83%，优于对照组88.89%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.754，P<0.05);研究组住院总时间、住院费用、手术时间以及复发率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(t=3.965、4.001、4.315、3.801，P<0.05);研究组总并发症发病率为3.17%，优于对照组11.11%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.754，P<0.05)。 结论 超声引导下经皮穿刺置管序贯治疗对老年胰腺假性囊肿的临床疗效显著，且术后并发症低。

Ultrasound-guided Sequential Percutaneous Puncture Catheterization for the Treatment of Elderly Pancreatic Pseudocysts

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided sequential percutaneous puncture catheterization and pancreatic pseudocyst drainage in the treatment of elderly pancreatic pseudocysts. Methods A retrospective study of 126 elderly patients with pancreatic pseudocyst treated in the hospital from December 2013 to December 2017 was convenient selected and conducted. The patients were divided into study group and control group according to the treatment plan. Each group included 63 cases. The control group was treated with surgical resection. The study group was treated with ultrasound-guided sequential percutaneous transcatheter catheterization. Clinical efficacy， perioperative parameters， and postoperative complications were observed in both groups， and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.83%， which was better than that of the control group (88.89%)，the differe was statistically signficant(χ2=4.754， P<0.05). The total hospital stay， hospitalization costs， operation time， and recurrence rate were better in the study group than in the control group，the differe was statistically signficant(t=3.965， 4.001， 4.315， 3.801，P<0.05); the incidence of total complications in the study group was 3.17%， better than the control group (11.11%)，the differe was statistically signficant(χ2=4.754， P<0.05).
