口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的临床效果探讨(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对牙种植中应用不同口腔修复膜材料的引导骨再生(GBR)效果进行探究。 方法 方便选取2016年9月—2017年9月在该院接受牙种植引导骨再生治疗的106例患者作为观察对象,依照就诊单双号分成观察组和对照组,各53例;对照组应用钛膜,观察组应用Bio-Gide膜,术后随访6个月,对比两组修复成功率和并发症发生率,同时测定骨厚度、植骨厚度。结果 观察组修复成功率为98.1%,术后并发症发生率为3.8%,对照组分别为88.7%、15.1%,相比差异有统计意义(χ2=4.052、11.054,P<0.05);通过测定,观察组患者的骨厚度、植骨厚度显著高于对照组(t=8.256、6.185,P<0.05)。 结论 在牙种植中引导骨再生术治疗中,Bio-Gide膜修复成功率高,并发症少,预后良好,整体效果优于钛膜,值得临床推广和应用。

    Clinical Effect of Oral Restoration Membrane Material in Guided Bone Regeneration in Dental Implantation

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of different bone prosthetic membrane materials on the effect of guided bone regeneration (GBR) in dental implants. Methods Convenient select from September 2016 to September 2017, 106 patients who underwent dental implantation-guided bone regeneration in the hospital were used as the observation objects. According to the number of the patients, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group; titanium films were used in the control group. The observation group was treated with Bio-Gide membrane and followed up for 6 months. The success rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Bone thickness and bone graft thickness were measured at the same time. Results The recovery rate of the observation group was 98.1%, the postoperative complication rate was 3.8%, and that of the control group was 88.7% and 15.1%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.052, 11.054, P<0.05). The bone thickness and bone graft thickness in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (t=8.256, 6.185,P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of guided bone regeneration in dental implants, Bio-Gide membrane has high success rate, fewer complications, and good prognosis. The overall effect is superior to that of titanium membrane, and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

    牙種植、牙缺失修复的常见方法,但由于缺牙后生理性骨吸收与外伤性缺牙导致的骨损伤,会导致牙槽嵴过低或过窄,影响修复效果[1]。近年来,随着牙科修复技术的发展,GBR在临床上广泛应用开来,有效解决了上述问题。该技术有着显著优点,通常在种植体周围会出现一壁或多壁垂直型骨缺损,且易暴露,以致于种植失败[2]。而膜的使用可在种植体和拔牙创间构成封闭空隙,以免损伤软组织,引导骨再生且和种植体发生骨性结合。近年来,种植技术发展迅速,相应的修复膜材料类型也随之增多。临床研究表明[3],在GBR治疗中,应用口腔修复膜不同,疗效和预后也不尽相同。Bio-gide膜是一种可吸收性生物胶原膜,在GBP中逐步应用开来,并取得良好效果。该文主要对该院2016年9月-2017年9月收治的106例牙缺失患者的牙种植GBR术使用的口腔修复材料及效果进行研究,现报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(张守英 胡学勤)
