[摘要] 目的 研究宫外孕诊断和鉴别诊断应用经腹经阴道多普勒超声与血HCG联合检查法的价值。方法 方便选取2015年1月-2018年1月该院接诊的疑似宫外孕患者160例，分别其实施经腹经阴道多普勒超声检查及血HCG检测，其中，经阴道多普勒超声检查结果作为参照组，经腹经阴道多普勒超声检查与血HCG检测联合检查结果作为实验组，对比2组检查方式宫外孕检出情况。结果160例患者当中共计确诊134例宫外孕患者。实验组检出132例，占比98.51%，参照组检出119例，占比88.81%，实验组宫外孕检测准确率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.694 9，P<0.05)。结论 于宫外孕诊断和鉴别诊断中合理联用经腹经阴道多普勒超声与血HCG检查法，有助于提高患者病情诊断的准确性，并能为临床医师治疗宫外孕提供重要指导。
