[摘要] 目的 探讨负压封闭引流技术(VSD)在急诊外科的应用效果，总结经验。 方法 方便选择2016年10月—2018年3月期间在该院急诊外科接受治疗的60例四肢软细织严重创伤患者，均采用VSD治疗，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。 结果 入组60例病例经过1～2次负压封闭引流治疗后，并没有发生严重异常反应与不良反应，有38例经1次负压封闭引流术后II期植皮或皮瓣转移成活，其余22例经2次负压封闭引流术后II期植皮成活；创面愈合率为95.0%(其中痊愈42例，显效15例)。 结论 VSD应用于四肢软组织严重创伤急诊治疗中，换药次数少，疗效显著，减缩病程，值得推广。
