[摘要] 目的 探讨该院妇科剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠临床特点及诊治方法。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月—2017年12月莆田市第一医院妇科收治的剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠19例临床资料。 结果 早期阴道超声确诊15例。氨甲蝶呤肌注治疗后B超下清宫2例，子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)治疗13例：其中9例行彩超下清宫术，4例行腹式瘢痕妊娠物清除+子宫瘢痕修补术。急诊剖腹手术4例：腹式子宫全切除3例，腹式瘢痕妊娠物清除+子宫瘢痕修补术1例。结论 阴道超声为早期确诊子宫瘢痕妊娠的重要检查方法，子宫瘢痕妊娠应早期诊断，根据患者病情予个体化治疗。
