[摘要] 目的 探讨护理程序在白血病护理中的应用效果。方法 便利选取2017年2月—2018年5月该院收治的白血病患者120例，随机分为研究组与对照组，根据患者的病情进行相应的化疗，研究组进行程序性护理，系统解决患者的健康问题，在两组患者化疗结束后观察分析其治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的护理满意度95.00%明显高于对照组78.33%(χ2=7.935，P=0.024)；并发症发生情况方面，研究组患者出血、胃肠道反应、感染以及肝肾功能的发生率均显著低于对照组(χ2=11.543，P=0.263)；研究组生活质量各指标评分高于对照组(t=17.723，P=0.031)。结论 白血病患者化疗后采取程序性护理方法可以明显提高治疗效果，降低并发症发生风险，提高患者的满意度，临床上应当进一步推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of nursing procedures in leukemia nursing.
