玉屏风颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效探讨(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究玉屏风颗粒在小儿反复呼吸道感染中的应用价值。方法 方便选取2016年1月—2017年12月该院接诊的反复呼吸道感染患兒70例，利用电脑随机双盲法分成实验组(n=35)和对照组(n=35)。两组明确诊断后都进行常规治疗，实验组加用玉屏风颗粒。分析两组病情的缓解情况，并对各组的免疫指标进行比较。结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为91.43%，明显比对照组的71.43%高，组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.628 9，P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的IgM、IgA以及IgG水平明显比对照组高，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采取玉屏风颗粒对反复呼吸道感染患儿进行佐治，可显著提升其疗效，改善免疫功能，促进病情早日康复，建议推广和使用。

Therapeutic Effect of Yupingfeng Granule on Children with Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection

[Abstract] Objective To study the application value of Yupingfeng granules in children with repeated respiratory tract infections. Methods Convenient select from January 2016 to December 2017， 70 children with repeated respiratory infections were enrolled in the hospital. They were randomly divided into experimental group (n=35) and control group (n=35) by computerized double-blind method. Both groups were routinely treated after definite diagnosis， and the experimental group was supplemented with Yupingfeng granules. The remission of the two groups was analyzed and the immune indicators of each group were compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.43%， which was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.43%). The difference between the groups was significant (χ2=4.628 9， P<0.05). The levels of IgM， IgA and IgG in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group， and the difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Taking Yupingfeng granules to treat children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can significantly improve the curative effect， improve immune function， and promote the early recovery of the disease. It is recommended to promote and use.

临床上，小儿反复呼吸道感染具有比较高的发病率，可对小儿的身体健康造成较大损伤，同时也能对患儿的正常生长发育造成不利影响[1]。该病属于是一种感染性疾病，因小儿的各器官和系统功能尚未发育完全，且其机体抵抗力和免疫力也较弱，使得其更容易受多种因素的影响而发生反复呼吸道感染的情况。因小儿反复呼吸道感染的发生能够对患儿的机体免疫力造成较大损伤，同时也能引起慢性消耗，从而对患儿的正常生长发育造成了不利影响，所以，临床需要加强对小儿反复呼吸道感染进行早期正确诊治的力度[2]。目前，临床医师可采取常规药物疗法来对反复呼吸道感染患儿进行施治，虽能取得一定成效，但疗效不佳，预后不理想。为此，临床还应为反复呼吸道感染患儿寻找一种可行性更高的治疗手段。祖国医学中，小儿反复呼吸道感染被纳入“虚人感冒”以及“体虚感冒”等范畴之中，病因为外邪感染。玉屏风颗粒为中药制剂，具有益气固表、扶正祛邪以及增强机体免疫力的作用，将之积极用于反复呼吸道感染患儿的临治疗工作中，可显著提升疗效，促进患儿病情早日康复[3]。该文以70例反复呼吸道感染患儿(接诊于2016年1月—2017年12月)为对象，着重分析玉屏风颗粒在小儿反复呼吸道感染中的应用价值，现作出如下报道。, http://www.100md.com(王学宝)
