[摘要] 目的 在肺癌诊断中应用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术，以此观察应用CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术的应用效果。 方法 方便选择接受胸部CT检查且显示存在肺内占位患者，患者共计100例，选择时间于2016年3月—2018年8月，对所有患者均予以CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术检查。分析穿刺成功率、穿刺并发症发生率、细胞学检查结果。结果 100例疑似为肺癌患者实施CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术之后，穿刺成功率为98.00%(98/100)，穿刺确诊率为92.00%(92/100);发生气胸、咯血患者分别有9例和5例;另外有8例患者未得到确诊则予以远期随访，确诊为肺癌。结论 CT引导下经皮肺穿刺针吸术在肺癌诊断中的应用效果显著，其检查操作简单，确诊率极高，尤其对直径在3 cm之下、大血管病灶组织、邻近脏器病灶的诊断中，具有较为显著的临床诊断价值。
