综合护理对青少年品行障碍患者不良心理的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 研究分析對青少年品行障碍患者实施综合护理后对其不良心理的影响。 方法 方便选取2014年3月—2016年9月该院接收的青少年品行障碍患者88例，随机分两组予以护理，对照组用常规临床模式护理，研究组则以常规为基础，实施综合护理措施，对比两种护理方法对患者不良心理的影响。结果 护理前两组的SDS、SAS评分相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后的研究组SDS、SAS评分，较对照组低(t1=50.365、P1=0.001；t2=35.845，P2=0.001)，数据之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者家长的护理满意度(95.45%)较对照组(75.00%)更高，比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.311，P<0.05)；研究组患者对相关健康知识了解情况(情绪调试93.18%、亲情交流93.18%、社会交往93.18%、自我认识90.91%、生活自理100.00%)明显要优于对照组(72.73%、56.82%、75.00%、49.91%、88.64%)(χ2=6.510，15.515，5.436，24.478，5.301，P<0.05)。 结论 临床上使用综合护护理方法对青少年品行障碍患者实施护理，可改善患者的不良心理状态，值得予以使用。

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on the Bad Psychology of Adolescents with Behavior Disorder

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing on patients with adolescents with maladjustment. Methods 88 patients with juvenile conduct disorder received from our hospital from March 2014 to September 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups for nursing. The control group was treated with routine clinical model， and the research group was based on routine practice to implement comprehensive nursing measures. Compare the effects of the two methods of care on the patient's bad psychology. Results The SDS and SAS scores of the two groups before treatment were not significant (P>0.05). The SDS and SAS scores of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (t1=50.365， P1=0.001； t2=35.845， P2=0.001). There was a statistical difference between the data(P<0.05)； the parents of the study group satisfaction of nursing (95.45%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%)， and the statistical difference was significant (χ2=7.311， P<0.05). The patients in the study group were informed about the relevant health knowledge (emotion regulation of 93.18%， 93.18% of family exchanges， 93.18% of social interactions， 90.91% of self-awareness， and 100.00% of self-care were obviously better than the control group (72.73%， 56.82%， 75.00%， 49.91%， 88.64%) (χ2=6.510， 15.515， 5.436， 24.478， 5.301，P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing care methods in the treatment of adolescents with maladaptive care can improve the patient's unhealthy mental state and is worthy of use.
