[摘要] 目的 探讨尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态对诊断肾小球源性血尿的临床价值。方法 研究对象是方便选取2012—2015年该院肾病内科住院及门诊的患者78例，肾小球疾病患者35例及非肾小球疾病患者43例，检测所有患者尿红细胞形态，经尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态并进行分析，以尿畸形红细胞在80%以上者判断为肾小球源性血尿，分别计算敏感性和特异性。 结果 尿液染色后光镜观察尿畸形红细胞对诊断肾小球源性血尿的敏感性为82.8%，特异性为88.4%。 结论 尿红细胞活体染色后用光镜观察尿红细胞形态用于临床鉴别血尿是否来源于肾小球具有简单、快捷、无创、实用、经济的特点，对于临床医生判断血尿是否为肾小球源性血尿具有重要的提示和指导作用。
