[摘要] 心脏大手术后由于各种原因易出现低心排血量综合征，而心脏术后并发低心排血量综合征、肾功能衰竭等并发症是导致患者死亡的重要原因。大多数研究已证实CRRT对于心脏术后低心排合并肾功衰患者预后有积极意义，本文将针对心脏术后低心排患者行CRRT治疗效果及优缺点做一综述。

    [Abstract] After cardiac surgery， low cardiac output syndrome is prone to occur due to various reasons， and complications such as low cardiac output syndrome and renal failure after cardiac surgery are important causes of death. Most studies have confirmed that CRRT has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients with low cardiac output and renal failure after cardiac surgery. This article will review the efficacy and advantages and disadvantages of CRRT in patients with low cardiac output after cardiac surgery.
