临床免疫检验的质量影响因素分析及相应对策(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨临床免疫检验的质量影响因素分析及相应对策, 方法 随机选取该院检验科在2017年5月—2018年5月182份具有质量问题的临床免疫检验报告材料实行对照分析,同时随机选取82例患者作为研究对象,分为参照组和研究组,每组41例患者,比较分析临床免疫检验影响因素情况及两组患者临床免疫检验情况, 结果 对选取的实验患者进行临床免疫检验,其影响因素主要有温度、湿度、洁净度、平衡时间、质量、检验人员的素质,其中主要影响因素是洁净度、温度和湿度;参照组正确率为81.25%、总有效率75.00%, 误诊率为6.25%、相比于研究组的95.83%、 4.16%、87.50%,研究组正确率与总有效率明显更低,误诊率明显更高;组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.268 4, P<0.05)。 结论 临床免疫测定的质量受很多因素的影响,对于患者临床检查的准确性得到显着提高,具有积极意义,总体有效率大大提高,误诊率大大降低,值得进一步的临床研究和应用推广。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the factors influencing the quality of clinical immunoassay and the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Randomly select the 182 clinical immunoassay reports with quality problems from May 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital for comparative analysis. A total of 82 patients were randomly selected as study subjects, which were divided into reference group and study group. 41 patients in each group were compared to analyze the influencing factors of clinical immunoassay and the clinical immunoassay of the two groups. Results All selected experimental patients were clinically performed. The main factors affecting the immune test were temperature, humidity, cleanliness, balance time, quality, and the quality of the inspectors. The main influencing factors were cleanliness, temperature and humidity. The reference group correct rate was 81.25%, and the total effective rate was 75.00%, and the misdiagnosis rate was 6.25%, compared with 95.83%, 4.16%, and 87.50% of the study group. The correct rate and total effective rate of the study group were significantly lower, and the misdiagnosis rate was significantly higher. The difference between the groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.268 4, P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of clinical immunoassay is affected by many factors. The accuracy of clinical examination is significantly improved. It has positive significance, the overall efficiency is greatly improved, the misdiagnosis rate is greatly reduced, and it is worthy of further clinical research and application promotion.
