[摘要] 目的 分析手术治疗肝内胆管结石的情况。 方法 方便选取2016年8月—2017年8月在该院接受治疗的64例肝内胆管结石患者作为此次研究对象，研究组患者均选择手术治疗，观察患者的治疗效果。 结果 研究组患者均根据其肝内胆管结石具体情况进行了手术治疗，术后残留结石7例，再次取石成功4例;研究组患者治疗期间未出现胆漏、肝脓肿等严重并发症，无死亡;术后随访患者治疗情况良好，治疗优良率达95.31%。 结论 手术治疗肝内胆管结石患者需要对患者病情进行深入分析准确了解患者肝内胆管结石分布情况以及肝胆管特点，根据病情特点选定手术方案，并做好各方面手术准备以及术后处理，确保手术成功，提升患者的生存质量水平。
