[摘要] 目的 观察分析优甲乐治疗分化型甲状腺癌的临床效果。 方法 研究对象为2017年3月—2018年9月期间方便选择235例分化型甲状腺患者，观察研究患者在服用优甲乐(左甲状腺素钠)治疗之后的结果以及各项指标的变化情况。 结果 优甲乐的使用剂量受到患者的体重、心脏功能等影响，其治疗总有效人数为225例，副作用表现为嗜睡、心悸、情志抑郁等症状。 结论 针对分化型甲状腺癌的治疗选择优甲乐进行治疗整体效果显著，也不会有长期的副作用，剂量的使用呈现出很明显的个体差异，实际治疗时应当有所注意。

    [Abstract] Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Youjiale in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer. Methods The time and subjects were convenient selected from March 2017 to September 2018. A total of 235 patients with differentiated thyroid were selected.
