[摘要] 目的 分析磁共振T2WI与DWI联合成像对前列腺癌的诊断价值。 方法 方便收集该院2016年1月—2018年6月间共77例前列腺疾病患者，入院后完成MRI检查及穿刺活检，与病理进行对照，分析T2WI与DWI联合成像对前列腺疾病的诊断价值。 结果 T2WI、DWI联合成像对前列腺疾病总体诊断准确率87.0%，对前列腺癌的诊断准确率87.8%。结论采用T2WI与DWI联合成像可提高前列腺疾病诊断准确率，DWI、T2WI可实现优势互补，提高诊断敏感度、稳定性及空间分辨率。
