[摘要] 临床上针对白血病的发病机制以及治疗方案的探索一直都是大家普遍关注的问题，而白血病细胞小鼠白血病模型的建立则是实现这一目标的重要途径及手段。在该次研究中首先介绍了白血病的致病因素及其分类，接着阐述了建立白血病模型的小鼠类型以及白血病细胞小鼠白血病模型的构建方法，最后探讨了白血病细胞小鼠白血病模型的应用前景，以供参考。
