[摘要] 目的 主要研究旋转皮瓣在头面部恶性肿瘤切除术创面修复中的临床应用价值。方法 方便选取该院于2016年1月—2017年6月间收治的32例接受头面部恶性皮肤肿瘤切除术治疗的患者，对患者实施旋转皮瓣治疗干预，评估该疗法在创面修复中的应用效果。 结果 在该组的32例患者中，所有患者的旋转皮瓣均成活，无坏死现象;随访过程中，未发现肿瘤复发患者病例，且患者对创面修复结果满意，总满意率达到了96.88%(31/32)。 结论 旋转皮瓣在头面部恶性皮肤肿瘤切除创面修复中发挥着重要作用，不仅能够满足患者对美观的需求，还能达到提高患者生活质量的目的，值得推广。
