传统温箱与双面蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效评价(1)
[摘要] 目的 评价新生儿高胆红素血症应用传统温箱与双面蓝光照射治疗的临床效果。 方法 评价对象都是从该院收入的新生儿高胆红素血症病例中方便选择,总共64例,时间段是2017年5月—2018年5月。按照“随机数字表法”完成每组的均衡分配,其中参照组(n=32例)实施传统温箱以及单面蓝光照射治疗,评价组(n=32例)实施传统温箱以及双面蓝光照射治疗。 结果 血清总胆红素指标比较:评价组治疗前(235±23)μmol/L、治疗后6 h(171±17)μmol/L、治疗后12 h(154±21)μmol/L,参照组治疗前(237±14)μmol/L、治疗后6 h(215±10)μmol/L、治疗后12 h(193±17)μmol/L(t=0.420 1、12.619 8、8.165 4、P=0.675 8、0.000 0、0.000 0);不良反应产生情况:评价组达到6.25%(2/32)低于参照组的25.00%(8/32)(χ2=4.266 7,P=0.038 8);总有效率:评价组达到93.75%(30/32)高于参照组的71.87%(23/32)(χ2=5.379 1,P=0.020 3)。 结论 传统温箱以及双面蓝光照射治疗应用于新生儿高胆红素血症治疗中,不仅能够提升综合疗效,还能降低血清总胆红素指标以及不良反应的出现,总体优势比较多。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional hyperthermia and double-sided blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods The evaluation subjects were selected from the cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia in our hospital, a total of 64 cases, the time period was from May 2017 to May 2018. According to the “random number table method”, the balanced distribution of each group was completed, in which the reference group (n=32 cases) was implemented with traditional thermostat and single-sided blue light irradiation treatment, and the evaluation group (n=32 cases) implemented traditional thermostat and double-sided blue light irradiation therapy. Results Serum total bilirubin index was compared: (235±23) μmol/L before treatment, 6 hours (171±17) μmol/L after treatment, and 12 hours after treatment (154±21) μmol/L. The control group received (237±14) μmol/L before treatment, 6 hours after treatment (215±10) μmol/L, and 12 hours after treatment (193±17) μmol/L(t=0.4201,12.615 4,8.165 4, P=0.675 8,0.000 0,0.000 0; adverse reaction occurrence: the evaluation group reached 6.25% (2/32) lower than 25.00% (8/32) of the reference group(χ2=4.266 7, P=0.038 8); total efficiency: the evaluation group reached 93.75% (30/32) higher than the reference group of 71.87% (23/32)(χ2=5.379 1,P=0.020 3).
